About Clara Heng
Clara Heng joined the real estate industry in mid 2015 after passing the RES exams, started off her career in new launch projects, and along with a few referral rentals, she attained PropNex’s highest commission tier for agents within 6 months in 2015 as a rookie.
She rised to become PropNex’s 1st batch of project taggers by end 2015, and subsequently a Project-in-Charge in new launches. To garner more real estate experience, she joined her Division’s Landed Team for a short stint as Acting IC.
Instinctively, she stepped up as a Team Manager & started #ClaraHengAssociates' recruitment. She believes that an effective real estate Team Manager has to feel the ground in order to lead well, and to guide her less experienced colleagues. From being a project leader, Clara has been ever ready with a listening ear, always willing to lend a helping hand to her fellow colleagues. She is humble & sincere towards her clients, teammates, and fellow real estate consultants, and is always willing to share her knowledge, experience & foresight with the people around her.
Clara’s passion in her work has motivated her to try out almost every aspect in this industry, while applying her former education & previous work experiences. She emphasizes on both attitude & aptitude - the importance of continual upgrading formally & informally, that learning is endless, hence there’s always something to learn from one another.
